This was Addison's first encounter with Santa this year. We weren't quite sure how she was going to react. We didn't know if she would love Santa, scream, cry or throw a fit... but I think that because she saw the children ahead of her getting candy canes if they sat on his lap she decided to cooperate. As soon as she sat on his lap she blurted out "I want a doll!" and held out her hand as if he was going to pull it out of his bag right then and there. It was really cute. We were just glad she didn't cry. It is fun to see her figure out what Santa is all about.

Hey Cortney... It's Emilee Cannon from the old ward. I found your blog through Melisa's . Congrats on the baby! I am so excited for you. We miss you guys, but hope all is going well.
cute santa pics. sydnie was not the biggest fan of santa and we got my dad a santa suit a few years back so now he is our santa.
That is so great she didn't freak out! My kids, just barely, liked Santa this year.
