I have never been a big reader in my life. I have heard so much about the book Twilight. I initially thought, yeah right... I would never read a book about vampires, especially one that is that is almost 500 pages. I continued to hear so much about the book, my mother, mother-in-law, friends, young girls in my ward, my grandmother, and many more. How could a book really be that good that all of these different people like this book. After the crazy holidays, I decided maybe it would be nice to take a little break and read a book. I had the book for almost a week and finally decided to start reading it on Friday. Needless to say, my house, my husband and my daughter have been a little neglected. Thank you to pregnancy... I have a hard time sleeping anyways, I have spent every nap time and every moment after everyone has gone to bed reading. I finished last night and I am dying to start the next book. I absolutely loved the characters and I can not wait for the next book. So it is very surprising to me that I actually enjoy reading. I have probably been reading the wrong books that don't keep my attention.

Hey Cort! I just finished the book this morning. LOVED IT! I have to admit, I don't really care for Bella... I think she's a little annoying. Complains too much, Edward on the other hand... BRING IT ON!!! :) I'm glad to hear you're doing well! Bring on book 2!
my gosh! i can't believe you haven't read them yet! i hate to read and my sister gave me her book to read last year and i bought all three on amazon last year right away. i love them and i love edward! ya, husbands don't generally love this series of books b/c they totally get ignored for the time that you are reading them. i'm so excited for edwards version of twilight to come out in the spring and then the fourth and final book to come out this winter. i'm so glad that you are reading them :) if you ever need anyone to talk to about them give me a call. warning about book #2, dont get frustrated and not read it all the way through. you have to read it all.
ok-so i was exactly like you..."what is this crazy book about vampires that everyone keeps talking about, that is ridiculous!" and then i picked one up, i have read all three and am on pins and needles for #4. ridiculous indeed, but sooo good! did you know they're making a movie too? can't wait for that!
