We went to a Bees game with our friends for family night and we had a blast. I am amazed at how kid friendly it was, I had no idea that they had a playground for our restless kids. The cheap seats were more than sufficient for us we loved laying out a blanket and enjoying the summer air while watching America's past time. Thanks Maudsley's we had a great time, good idea!

Really... who needs a double stroller or a triple stroller!
It is only August and the hunting is already starting... to any of you wives that are widowed between the months of August to December give me a call I should be available!
Good job Jeremy... He says this is a really big antelope, I'll humor him and act like I care, good job!
A few weekends ago we went on our annual Smith Family camp out. We started this tradition just last year and so far it has been a success. Once again we headed to Beaver, it is a good central location for all of us to meet at since we come from all parts of Utah. We had a great time fishing at puffer lake, hanging out, playing games and catching up. On our way up the canyon we always stop on Navajo Trail to see all of the deer and other wildlife. There are deer all over the place people have been coming to see them for so long that the deer aren't really that scared of people anymore. Addie and Jeremy decided to try and feed one a piece of bread and sure enough it came right over to them. Addie thought is was so cool.

Self-sufficient Smith Family... we decided to let the chicken live another day now that it is producing! This is our first egg and it was tiny about 1/2 the size of a normal egg. Now we just need to get the other 5 laying or else...

As you all may know we have a little garden that we are quite proud of. This year our zucchini and our spaghetti quash decided to get down and dirty the end result is something we like to call
spaginni. Here are a couple pics of the off spring, needless to say they are delicious!

My poor baby girl. We were out on the deck playing on Wednesday and Elle was running back and forth having a good time when she decided to run onto a portion of our deck that is not covered and gets direct sunlight for most of the day. She immediately started to scream, I ran over to her she was doing a little hot dance so I ran her inside and immediately put cold water on her feet. When I looked at the bottoms of her feet saw that they were covered in blisters. She continued to scream for over an hour when I decided to take her into the pediatrician. They put ointment on her feet and wrapped them. It was the saddest thing I have ever seen. Elle is totally back playing and having fun with her little feet wrapped!
