We have made it through the first two weeks of having a newborn and recovering from Ironman. I absolutely love being a mother of three (most of the time). Drake has been an amazing baby. He eats well, sleeps well and is a very happy content little boy. I am not sure if it is because the Lord knows that I needed an easier baby than Elle or that boys are more easy going and content. I think it is probably a little bit of both. The girls are adjusting better than I had imagined and hoped. Drake is a tough little guy despite being hit, kicked, and poked all within the first two weeks of life.
As for Jeremy...
He recovered really well. We had taken it easy this week just enjoying having Drake and catching up from a crazy week. Jeremy went mountain biking on Saturday morning and had a great time until he had a major crash and now has a broken arm! Not a dull moment here at the Smith home! Now for a few weeks of recovery... I guess a good way to get out of changing diapers.

Oh my goodness, Drake is a DOLL!!! I am so happy for you. Is it strange having a boy after 2 girls?? Dang Jeremy... Poor guy! Hope he gets feeling better soon!

Cortney!!!! OH MY GOSH!!! Drake is soooo cute, I love those pics and cannot believe your birth story, ONE push!!! You are so good at delivering babies!!! What a cute little guys he is and such cute hair! Glad all worked out with Ironman, wow you guys are amazing!
